But the design, materials, and overall look will always match what you see in the photos.
To return an item, just hand the product back to the same courier service that delivered it and let them know you want to return it to the original sender. The courier will send it back to our dispatch location. Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive it and verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Items marked as out of stock may be restocked, depending on demand and the availability of raw materials. Because our products are handcrafted, restocking often depends on how many customers are requesting that specific design and whether the required materials are available.
